Jon Bellion-Munny Right
Even if you don't know Jon Bellion is you're probably already a fan of him. Bellion has found his biggest successes as a songwriter in the past, including Eminem and Rihanna's megahit "The Monster", which just hit 200,000,000 views on Youtube. However, if you've been paying attention you'd know that Jon Bellion is not someone who will be kept in the background. Last year he came out with his spectacular mixtape The Separation with Visionary Music Group, the label that hosts Logic and QuESt. "Munny Right" is about the New York artist's journey to his recent success. On top of incredible lyrics (he's a songwriter first), he adds impressive vocals, a blend of pop and hip-hop, and some great production he did himself. Watch out, you'll be hearing "Munny Right" on the radio every day pretty soon.

Air Traffic Controller-The House
Air Traffic Controller was definitely my favorite discovery of the past year. Their sophomore album, Nordo, continues to be one of my favorites. The Boston band always uses intriguing lyrics, whether funny or heartfelt, and combines them with emotional instrumentals. "The House" is their first new song since 2012 and sounds more like a pop anthem then their usual alternative sound, but still reflects Dave Munro's skills as a songwriter by avoiding the senseless lyrics of most other bands today. "The House" will be available on iTunes July 29th and be sure to check out their superb album from 2012, Nordo.

Mexico City Blondes-Fade
Newcomers Mexico City Blondes drop their first single "Fade" and are already becoming a well known group, making it to the top of the Hype Machine charts. The duo delivers an infectiously catchy track with a dreamy melody. I'm not sure what's next for Mexico City Blondes and it seems as if the whole world is wondering.

Purrple-Tide (ft. Term K)
Prepare yourself, summer is coming. Everyday the weather is getting warmer and artists are releasing the music they've been saving for the season, and "Tide" by Purrple is a great track to kick it off. It starts off with a cut of "Mr. Sandman" but quickly turns into a great pop song. The song stays fresh thanks to Term K's rap verse that wouldn't work on its own but fits in perfectly with the track.

Lorde-Tennis Court (Flume Remix)
Fuck the haters, I may never get sick of Lorde remixes. Flume's remix of the New Zealand 17-year old's single "Tennis Court" is no exception. Flume keeps the dynamite verses in the song but greatly improves on the poor chorus, adding some really awesome drops that only Flume could create.

Bryce Vine-Lazy Fair EP
Meet the new face of summer frat rap. LA rapper Bryce Vine has just released his first album Lazy Fair EP and needless to say it's impressive. The songs all share that feel good rap sound that is meant to played through the speakers of your car on a warm day.
Best Songs: "Guilty Pleasure", "Sour Patch Kids", "Where The Wild Things Are"
Yeo-Kobe
Melbourne band Yeo is blowing up ever since their single "Kobe" dropped. The cheerful track comes with a catchy chorus and some cool synths.
Le P-History (ft. Michael Jackson)
Norwegian producer Le P drops a fantastic synth heavy track with a killer Michael Jackson sample to keep "History" fresh for the full 5 minutes.
PHOX-Slow Motion
Wisconsin band PHOX releases their first single. The six-piece indie pop band makes their a debut a hit thanks to the smooth instrumentals and the impressive voice of lead singer Monica Martin. Their first album, PHOX, is slated for a June 24 release date.

Pharrell-Happy (NEUS Remix)
As much as I love Skateboard P, "Happy" didn't wow me as much as it did a lot of people. I didn't hate it or anything but I only listened to it when it was on the radio and even then it started to lose its appeal quickly. Luckily, skilled producer NEUS gave "Happy" a great remix and adds a more funky and simple beat. In my opinion, it works so much better than the original production and really changes the song for the better. Still can't beat N.E.R.D. though...

Rita Satch-Love You Like I Do
Melbourne artist Rita Satch drops her first single since her Awoken EP from 2011. "Love You Like I Do" is definitely the way to begin her comeback, though. It's a great R&B/Soul track with smooth melodies and a great voice.
Fickle Friends-Play
Recently formed English band Fickle Friends drop their second single, "Play." Like their debut song, it's a great alternative jam that will be playing on repeat this summer.

Elli Ingram-C'Dawha
Elli Ingram releases her sophomore EP The Doghouse. She's been described as the hip-hop Adele, and it's hard to argue. The Doghouse hasn't been released in the states yet, but in the UK it's a big hit and not hard to see why. This track combines her vocals with some really awesome production by Felix Joseph and Aston Rudi. Also check out "All Caught Up", "When It Was Dark". and "The River."

Big Gigantic-The Night Is Young (feat. Cherub)
Big Gigantic release their latest single from their eponymous album, out tomorrow. "The Night Is Young" takes on a dance beat that is similar to the work of Daft Punk. The Boulder, Colorado musicians get some help from electro-pop band Cherub on the vocals. Cherub is best known for their fantastic 2013 single "Doses & Mimosas" off their MoM & DaD album, and their work on "The Night is Young" is what makes it such a standout track.

Years & Years-Real
London based electro-pop trio Years & Years have released their video for their single "Real." The group creates a unique sound by fusing R&B, EDM, and pop together, all while keeping the focus on the vocals and lyrics. The video is also pretty amusing and includes some interesting cameos from Skyfall's Ben Whishaw and Misfits' Nathan Stewart-Jarrett. Look for Years & Years' new EP Real, out February 18.

Ellie Goulding-Life Round Here (Feat. Angel Haze)
Ellie Goulding drops a cover of James Blake's "Life Round Here" with some help from rapper Angel Haze. The production work is done by former Chiddy Bang member Noah Breakfast and the awesome beat makes this easily distinguishable and unique from Blake's version. I would say this is an improvement of the song, but this version doesn't have a verse from Chance.

Wet-No Lie (Noah Breakfast Remix ft. Spank Jones)
While you may not have heard the name before, you've probably heard some of his work. Formerly Xaphoon Jones, Noah Breakfast recently split from the duo known as Chiddy Bang, known best for their remix of MGMT's "Kids", titled "Opposite of Adults." After the split, Chiddy alone announced he was to release his new mixtape Baggage Claim in September. After releasing two singles, the mixtape didn't drop and no new release date has been set. Now, under his new moniker, Breakfast releases his remix of the up-and-coming band Wet's single, "No Lie." Noah Breakfast turns the song, which I found to be a little boring originally, into an infectious symphony of bass and Kelly Zutrau's beautiful singing voice. Rapper Spank Jones also adds a short but respectable verse. The remix is a great sign of what's to come from Noah Breakfast in the future. In his first release, he completed what I believe was an unfinished track.
Raleigh Ritchie-Bloodsport
Recently, Raleigh Ritchie released his Black and Blue EP and it has been picking up a lot of momentum. The whole EP can be listened to for free on his Soundcloud page and you should give it a listen. Anyway, after doing a little bit of research, I found out I was actually already familiar with Ritchie. The up-and-coming artist can also be seen on "Game of Thrones" as Greyworm, the leader of Khaleesi's slave army. However, on "Bloodsport" and the rest of the EP, Ritchie proves he's more than just an emotionless killer.
